In ten NBA seasons, spent with the Warriors, Atlanta Hawks, and Philadelphia 76ers, Lee scored 5,733 points and grabbed 7,626 rebounds in 742 games. He also appeared as an NBA All-Star in 1968. On the back inside tail is the "Pearson Sporting Goods" manufacturer’s tag with a wash instructions flag tag. Adjacent is an embroidered strip tag with “44-74.” Across the front is "SIXERS" in white tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "34" in white on red tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "LEE" in white tackle twill on a blue name plate. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
